Processing Time
Please allow up to 1–2 weeks for processing. This allows time for handmade items, customization, and thoughtful curation so every order meets the quality and experience that makes Rooted Scoops special. *Orders may take longer to process during launches, sales, and special promotions.
During product launches, promotions, or high order volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.
🌵 FREE shipping is available on orders over $95.
Delivery Times
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Rooted Scoops is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
