At Rooted Scoops, each order is thoughtfully curated and packed with care. Because our products are mystery-style items and often include limited or handmade pieces, all sales are final.
Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Because our scoops and boxes contain curated mystery items, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges based on personal preference, duplicate items, or expected contents.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hello@rootedscoops.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
